Welcome to Leeds Maple Farm, where the sweetest traditions are born. Our pure, organic maple syrup comes from a long lineage of maple syrup producers, tracing back to Denis Marois' ancestors who have been crafting this liquid gold for a century.
Denis' grandfather was already producing syrup in 1925, passing down the traditional methods that are still used today. In 2015, we acquired our own maple farm in the Appalachian Mountains of St-Jacques-de-Leeds, Quebec, a region recognized worldwide for its exceptional maple syrup production.
To meet the growing demand for our pure, natural maple syrup, we acquired a second maple farm in 2023, ensuring that we can continue our legacy for generations to come. Our maple syrup is organic, made using a wood fire evaporator, following the traditional method taught to Denis by his family.
